Contract cancellations. Phone worked 2 days. Now waiting 2 weeks for a phone

I bought a new phone through payjoy on 24/09/2025. The phone had a factory fault. On the 28/09/2025 it was booked for repairs. Till today I still have the phone, the shop says they are waiting for spares. I wish to cancel the contract I only had the phone for 2 days, I'm also not interested in buying a second hand, ( spare parts) make it second hand. I also urgently needed a phone, to wait 2 weeks has been tough, but I cannot wait any longer. I was hopeful since it was 2 days they would replace the phone. I need a phone as in today, so I want to cancel the contract and try another way.
