pay joy system was down for more than one day, Time to time day by day, I had to come to the Shopping Centre, To check with Mpendulo, And Informed him that, nothing is happening on my account, no changes, Mpendulo was always there for my problem, thou it take more than one day for my problem to be resolve, eventually the problem was solved, problem was sorted through him, by escalating the problem to the relevant people within the company.
