Cellphone contract
To anyone who is thinking of using Payjoy let me tell please don't. In Jan 25 I took a phone from Payjoy and returned it back within a week at the Mr Price Cellular where I got it. Till today they have not canceled that phone contract under my name and even worse now they have handed my account to GL Attorneys for a phone that is not even in my position and is with them. I have tried calling Payjoy letting them know I returned the phone to the store and gave them the pin but still it is unresolved. Payjoy has the worse customer service I have ever seen, with all the efforts I have tried even reaching out on the Helpline but still today this is affecting my credit score and no one is willing to assist from Payjoy and I regret ever ever using Payjoy.
