Cancellation of contract with Payjoy.

I took a contract with payjoy in December 2025, within 4 days, I returned the device as per their procedure and cancelled the contract. I did not receive any communication from them. 2 weeks later, i decided to go enquire at the store why have they not sent any confirmation regarding the cancelled contract? i was told that they take time to respond i should not worry. in January 2026, i receive an sms from their attorneys telling me that my account has been handed over due to none payment. went to the store again to show them the texts, a payjoy consultand tried to asist me and to my suprise they say they never recieved any cancellation but the cancellation showed succesful on their payjoy app when i was cancelling the contract at the store. till this day they are giving me a run around as to what must be done in order for the contract to be cancelled. they keep requesting the store to the same email over and over again of which they have sent the email and cc me in one of them already but yesterday payjoy still told me that the store must send them an email. i am so disappointed in their service.
