Bad service

I bought a phone with payjoy that I only own for a week..I was told to pay certain amount of which I dd then,from there I was block I couldn't use it.took it back to where I took and the PAYJOY agent gave me attitude and too the phone and was not refunded my money. Tryd sending emails with my complains til today no refund but the phone is still with the agent. Lies after lies .. Found their page on Facebook laid my complains on their comments and I wow blocked.. can I please get help as I feel ****** of my money
