Bad

I have made all my payments for an entire full year and yet my device was locked after a month after. When I switch on my phone it states that it’s locked to a new user. I entered my usual password and it rejected it, decided to reset it and unable to set up device as it says locked to Administrator which is Payjoy.

I’m fuming as I took this phone for repairs 3 times thinking that it’s t he device that is faulty but no, payjoy decided to bully me.

Please assist
