So I bought a phone through payjoy first they put me on a weekly contract instead of monthly now the phone costs me more than double ...then they don't allocate the amount of correct payments to itc for updates by now i contact payjoy telling them I'm going to stop Payments so I stop now they list me as 30 day in arrears so I deal with this Penelope lady whom informs me to pay a month installment then they wil remove the 30 days in arrears by now my itc is still not updated then they have a phone conversation stating payjoy wil put on email that if I pay again they wil remove the negative next the email comes that doesn't even say anything close to what we discussed on the phone BE VERY VERY CARFULL TO DEAL WITH PAJOY PEOPLE I have read a few complaints in this regard and with the same lady also that was involved AND DON'T EVEN TRY TO TALK ABOUT THEIR MANAGEMENT THEY ARE EVEN WORSE THAN THE AGENTS ...YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES PAYJOY!!
