5+ Months No Cancellation Letter After Device Return - Now Handed Over to Collections
I am extremely disappointed with the service from PayJoy.
I returned my device for collection around the 30th of March 2026. It is now mid-September, more than 5 months later, and I have still not received my cancellation letter.
I have sent several emails to follow up. Each time I am told that someone will "follow up and provide an update" but I never receive any update or resolution.
To make matters worse, my account has now been handed over for collections, which is having a major negative impact on my credit score. This is for a device that I returned a very long time ago and no longer have in my possession.
