Zero customer service/ No way to contact company/ customer service

Horrible customer service and I have unresolved double debit queries that I have been emailing for over 2 months now and now one response. You can never get through to their call center,NEVER

The call lines do not work. The chatbot you refer your clients to is just USELESS. Why refer us to the bot if it will only refer us to your email and contact number- the very same methods you guys do not respond to.

I am beyond frustrated at the lack of customer service. How can you ignore debit related queries??????
