ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to complete my online purchase for over 30 days, my account is setup correctly, I am within my limit and after taking a selfie to verify then the system tells me OOOps we were unable to verify, I cannot get through to the call centre a recording says they have high call volumes every day for the last 30 days, the whatsapp number is robot who says my aco**** have been blocked, but does not assist in resolving the matter and the email address there is just no response, not sure how this matter gets resolved??????????????????????????? POOR POOR POOR ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
