You don't qualify and therefore violate our policy ..?

My account has been blocked, but the kicker is I never used it because I didn't have the funds. So I'm surfing the internet and come across a store that says theyre using Payflex - when I first signed up was before I had my current job and both credit and pay were on the up and up. Anyway I try log in to see if it's been updated - and… Blocked! Contact the support lady as instructed and she responds by doing a check to see if I qualify. I didn't ask for that I asked why my account is blocked and they've since ignored me. According to their courtesy email it's probably because I violated their Ts and Cs … I've never been able to even spend anything .. never had the funds - so you tell me.
