Wrong banking details used

I gave payflex my card details to transfer funds that were in my Payflex wallet to my account. All they did was transfer the funds to an old account that I am no longer using. The consultant, Akhona Kunene, advised payflex uses account details as provided by the customer and closed the ticket thereafter; even though my problem was not solved. Honestly I am not crazy to accuse them of using account details that were provided by me. Second ticket, no one bothered to respond. I also guess no one bothered to even look at the trail to confirm which account details I provided. If this is how they treat their customers, then the service they are providing is below acceptable standards.
