Worst service ever

I paid for items with Makro and paid the first debit. The payment was not successful on Makros side but the payment plan is set up on Payflex. No communication was ever made with me as a paying customer 72 hours has passed now and I reported this on the 31 July 2025. Does Payflex have employees cause there are no calls being answered and no emails with clear communication being sent.
