Worst experience in changing personal details

Worst customer service offered by Vuyiswa Ndzodza after I wanted to change my number. I have been trying to change my number for 2 days. She has no sense of urgency I am the one that sends emails daily to check if my number has changed. I can't receive OTP so I'm stressed how am I going to pay
