Worst experience ever - I paid twice

I bought clothes worth R1884.37 at Edgars and the first payment went through however i received an error code receipt. Waited for about 10 minutes for the money to be returned back into my Payflex wallet account with no luck . So i had to make another payment . I immediately sent an email when I got home the response I got wasn't satisfactory as of now i sent another email no response. I called no response . This is the worst service ever . No one is responding my emails. and I even attached my bank statement together with the receipts I received from Edgars to show that I made a payment twice
