Worst customer service

I have been trying to reach out to Paylfex for 2 weeks with no response i lost my old email address and would like to update it with the new email address because it’s close to payment date and need to make the payment but to my surprise they not responding but want to add extra money that I now need to pay when they are the once not responding to customers and what they surely don’t know is that customer service is very important but to them we are just a pay check.
