Worst customer service

I had an issue on their website when making manual payments where some of the orders did not appear and only appeared after a week or so. I logged a query with them to try and understand what was the issue and how can it be resolved in the future.

None of them can tell me why some other did not appear when i was making manual payments however their consultant (Ketty) called me confused and further lie to say they reversed the service fee on the orders which was not the case.

Just to prove that the issue was on their end there was no penalty fee for late payments on both orders, all i wanted was them to acknowledge that they y were on the wrong and make sure it doesn't happen again but i was called confused by them....
