What a joke Payflex is!

One star is too much for this waste of time business! I've bought many things via Payflex in the past with no issues, now they've introduced this stupid 'selfie' thing and after taking my photo nothing happens. I've emailed Payflex support, no help at all. I've chatted to some machine on WhatsApp and got nowhere. I've phoned and they are 'too busy to take my call'! How does this company operate at all? I see from other comments that I'm not the only dissatisfied customer of Payflex. Take-a-Lot must also be losing business because of Payflex too. I'm closing my Payflex account in disgust.
