Waiting for refund Order#***

I returned an item via Takealot and I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. I have sent multiple emails and no one from Payflex is getting back to me. The refunds were processed from Takealot's side. This amounts to ***** on the part of Payflex. I will never use them again.
