30 Apr 2025, 06:15Hi there, Chris had offered to review my account and do an inquiry so we could increase my limit, at the time I said no because I was under the impression that the increase happens on its own, it’s been 6 months now of frequent use and still no increase, I’ve tried to call and get no assistance via call centre, can we revisit this? My account is up to date and is always paid before due date..TIA
