Very disappointing service from Payflex

I paid an account off but it does not reflect on my Payflex account. I sent multiple emails that had the proof of payment attached. I tried calling but every call is dropped immediately! Now I received an email, eventually, that my ticket was resolved and that the money does not reflect! This is disgusting service. The POP clearly indicates that I paid!! I will close all my accounts with Payflex as their customer service is disappointing.
