Very disappointed

I bought stove set at Hifi corp online promo through payflex account which went through successfully but when I check supplier about the order, I was told that payflex didn't pay them. It's been a week since I was on prolonging mails still without response. I truly need that stove especially since it was on promotion and I really can't make another purchase on top of the one made already. Both businesses have been quite, no communication nothing. All I need to see is my stove delivery 😩
