Very bad service will not recommend

Wrong payment date allocated, every 7 days they want to debit money but my salary is once at the end of the month. I did log a complaint with them, tried contacting them with zero results. Now i am paying interest and its not even my fault. Start to think that is how they ***** from people, very bad service, i will not recommend them to anyone.
