Very bad service!!!!!

Useless communication channels, I’ve been using the service and I ordered from Temu. Temu did not receive payment from them and fund were deducted on my account, the order was cancelled by Temu due to no payment in 24hrs and Payflex are telling me I need to pay my remaining installments for an order that is not even paid for. Why should I pay for something I don’t have.

I Tried reaching out with email and still no response.
