Very bad service

Is payflex trying to **** me??? I am trying to report a *****ulent order that has happened in my account but every ticket that I log comes back with a resolved while it hasn’t been resolved,it’s been 2 days now without help,their number number is not even ringing,I tried callling takealot but they say payflex must contact them to stop the order,I am not paying for something I did not authorize and if you don’t fix this,I will not be paying for this order I don’t know
