‼️VERY BAD EXPERIENCE PAYFLEX‼️

Hii i would like to share my experience with you if you mabey went throught the same and have advise on what to do will you please assist me with advice...I have a payflex account and payflex deducted 3 digital payments from my account on the same day i did contact them via email and still havent gotten any response from them and if im calling there no answer it like the are ghosting you because of their mistake so i contacted my bank and told them about the payments that was deducted 3 times from my account and only one was auterized to go off they said they will report it and i must wait 15days since the case was reported and if i havent recived a refund i must lodge a report again..?if you were in the same senerio any advise on what i can or to proceed with the matter would be apriciated please ..🙏🙏
