Very *********** agents

Payflex is only good for not paying interest costs but their agents are ***********. They will deduct money from people's account and still don't respond to calls or emails. I have had a payment plan but the merchant I had purchased from had to cancel the order because I returned the product. Payflex however did not update their system for a new payment plan and when I email them, no response, until the following week
