Useless service agents Vs useless app

The Service Agents do not read the emails with your Queries fully, they assume they know what your question is and copy/paste the answer, without answering your question at all. The new app is not transparent and does not show anywhere what is the amount that was refunded to you on the transaction that were not paid out in full. It just says REFUNDED but if you go into that transaction it has no amount of the refund anywhere. This way one cannot reconcile what was refunded Vs what you send back to the stores. And yes I understand that only once the store approves my refund only then it goes through to Payflex BUT how am I supposed to query a refund with the store if I cannot see the amount refunded???
