Useless Payflex

They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. I honestly do not understand the process of their business. They were supposed to pay Makro when they receive payment from the customer. I have called Makro and they sent me proof that Payflex hasn't paid them yet. I've been calling Payflex since the 3pth of September, when the payment was made and up until today , I haven't received a single email or call from them. Their service is absolutely pathetic! I then called for a refund and still no contact has been made from them! I'd really love to know what goes on in that company or who handles their accounts department , because it is absolute bull****!!!
