Useless company

My balance was over R1300,1 day I login to find -688,when I calculate my balance it's over by R75 which I don't know where it comes from, my other 2 orders are paidup, only left with R224 but the balance is saying -R299.33 of R0.00. they don't reply emails, their fb account is useless and they closed the comments. I will only pay the R224.50 that I know. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone shame😡😡😡
