Useless auto reply's with *********** staff
Dominique is the most useless customer service consultant she responds with these system automated templates doesn't read my emails and no1 cares to even pick up the phone and call me after I called your customer care 24hours ago still nothing has been done I sent screenshots of cards I want deleted I have never missed a payment and want to change salary date why do they now want payslips and bank statements when it was not required when signing up this is just ******* service

One of our managers tried to contact you by phone to explain the need for the salary slip for the date change request, but you were not available.
