useless app

i am sick and tired of payflex everyday they give me a person by the name Kutlwano who gives me automated responses. i want to close their account nothing else i paid R449.50 to them it doesnt reflect i dont understand they just want people to pay penalties. i want to settle and get the account closed their numbers dont go through everyday
