Useless and extremely disappointing

We are an online store and wanting to be a merchant on payflex. The worst and most frustrating experience ever. It has been over 3 weeks that we have been trying to be added as a merchant, we have submitted all the paperwork required, received an email from Thabang who is now suddenly unavailable to further assist or finish with our application. We have sent emails, whatsapps and chatted with the online bot, but still to no avail. We have customers who would love to buy from us using payflex, but because we are not listed as a merchant yet, we are losing business. We are very disappointed with the lack of service from payflex. The calls don't go through at all, the line gets cut every time we call. Very not useful for merchants who would like to be listed on payflex.
