Useless!

I've been customer for many years and my account is always in good standing but all of a sudden, they refuse to let me purchase because they say that they cannot verify my photo. They then ask for a photo of me, my ID document and a piece of paper showing the current date - when you try to submit that on the email thread, it says that the message is expired - you then try to log a ticket and they send you a sms link to verify - this then gives you false hope as it says verified - then you try to purchase again and it fails. Support is useless - no matter how many times I log a ticket with them for this issue, it NEVER gets resolved. Some fool in their organisation tried to get sophisticated systems in 3rd world country. With all the business they have lost, it's a wonder how they can still choose to behave like this.
