Urgent Complaint: Identity Theft and Payflex Account *****

Dear Hello Peter Team,

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the *****ulent use of my South African ID number to open a Payflex account without my knowledge or consent. I have never app**** for or held a Payflex account, yet I was recently informed that one exists under my ID number. This is a clear case of identity theft.

Despite my efforts to report this issue directly to Payflex, I am deeply frustrated and disappointed by the lack of urgency and seriousness with which my case has been handled.
