UNACCEPTABLE! Payflex’s customer service is a nightmare! Weeks of inaction on my refund request, with no communication or resolution. They keep closing my tickets without addressing the issue, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. ZERO effort to help. Can someone help me with my refund from Payflex!!!
