UPDATING ONE'S CONTACT NUMBER IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE ON PAYFLEX

Updating one's contact number is an absolute nightmare on Payflex!!! I've sent numerous emails as was directed to do for almost over a year now and now I can't access my payflex wallet which was credited by a ***** OnlineCarParts business for failing to deliver my goods. One Time Pins get sent to my old contact number which Payflex is failing to update for almost over a year now!!! Very, very disappointed!!!
