Unsatisfied customer

Payflex is a platform designed to provide a great experience for customers, and I have used it multiple times with satisfactory results. However, this month has been an absolute nightmare. On January 25th, an unauthorized charge of nearly a thousand rands was deducted from my account. This is completely unacceptable.

I have already sent an email (699457) regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive a response. This charge was made without any installment agreement in place.

I expect prompt action to resolve this matter, as my current experience with Payflex is far from acceptable.
