Unsatisfactory answer

I ordered shoes on Bash i used Payflex as method of payment as usual the payment went andbi received the parcel unfortunately 1 pair was too big i went to yhe nearest store for an exhange Foschini Sammymarks Square they refused to exhange my item because i used payflex as a method of payment they claim that payflex is not yet active at their store please intervene
