Unreliable customer service

I tried to make a purchase at payflex through the Woolworths app on 05/08/2925 of R212.16

at first I received a notification from payflex to say Woolworths rejected the purchase and the money was reversed. And then I tried again. But this time the money went out but the purchase was unsuccessful. I sent an email to payflex the next day and I received a generic response that someone will get back to me. Till today my money hasn’t been refunded. I sent DM’s on their social pages both instagram and TikTok but no response. I have since sent several emails to follow up on my case. And no one answers their phone. I want my money back
