Unprofessional of Payflex

I have an account with Payflex and as of last week i am unable to access my account. You cannot call or email Payflex, u can only log a complaint on their customer support function where u log ur issue to their contact support which i have done 4 to 5 times already and each time they send me the same email telling me how to reset my password or email which i have done already however this issue is still not resolved but they cant tell me why i am unable to access my account. This is most unprofessional
