Unfair intentional charges by Payflex

My orders gets debited on the 25th of each month. Which means that I have the whole day on the 25t to be debited and should the debit orders fail during the course of the 25th they can then debit late payment fees from the 26th going forward? Our salaris gets paid into our accounts during the course of the day on the 25th. Today Payflex has already by 13h55 try do debit for an order twice and now charged me a late payment fee. We have not been paid yet at 13h55 and I feel they can start charging late payment fees on the 26th. They dont answer their phones or emails and if they do answer emails its all autoreply with not human to talk to
