I purchased a two gifts on Takealot through Payflex, the Amout was R973. the one gift of R769 was returned and takealot refunded the R769 to the Payflex account. Payflex then refunded me only R243.25 cents, insted of the R769.
i have send them numerous emails without any reply.
i want my full refund paid to me!!

The fact though is that Payflex have refunded you everything that is due to you.
The payment plan option and refunds can be rather confusion for new customers who are not fami**** with the logic and process. Below is a detailed explanation explaining how the order and refund was processed.
