Uncontactable and Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service, completely uncontactable and unhelpful. Their customer support number does not work. And I have logged numerous support tickets with no actual assistance provided. All I get are generic responses when I need more detailed assistance. My last resort of contact is WhatsApp chat however I am not hopeful that this will work. It seems very easy to not resolve customer queries but apply interest charges when their website is not allowing me to do what I need to and is the actual problem. Will never use them again
