Unconfirmed order

I placed an order for my son's birthday on the 30/07/2022 and didn't receive a order number from the supplier to the order was successfully so I called the supplier and they didnt have my order and asked me call Payflex but they have a contact number that doesn't work and took forever to reply by email. I wasted a lot of time trying to track my order and still don't have any answers for 3 days now.
