Unauthorized Payment with No Response – Extremely Disappointed

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received. An unauthorized payment was taken from my account, and despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and WhatsApp, I have received no response at all.

This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, swift resolution of issues, and at the very least, acknowledgment of their concerns.

I expect immediate feedback and a full refund of the unauthorized transaction. I will not recommend this service to anyone unless this matter is resolved urgently.
