Unattended enquiries about unauthorized charged made on the 19th of October and today it's 31st of October the matter is has not been sorted

I have been making enquiry on refund for double charged order for almost two weeks now and it is still not sorted.

I would like to request a refund for the unauthorized charge made on 19/10/2025 because i had already made manual payments on 16/10/2025 order : ***.

I have fulfilled my obligation by making the manual payment. The second debit was unauthorized, and it is unfair for me to bear the cost of an error on your part. I request that you refund the additional amount immediately.because now I have been making enquiries but still I am not refunded imagine something that happened on the 19th of October n today it 31 October and I am not refunded
