I made a payment to them before my due date. That payment of R2,780 does not show as paid.

I ended up paying the other amount, so that my credit score does not get affected by this. This means I have paid the full amount that I needed to. Payflex shows that I have one more payment due, even though I sent the Bank Statements, screenshots etc. No one has responded to any of my emails or WhatsApp messages.

Never experienced such poor service.
