I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company for the first time after someone *****ulently used my name and ID number to purchase items online from Takealot. After informing the law firm they had handed my file to for collection and also contacting payflex to resolve the issue, the company does not seem to be taking this seriously from their side. It has been 2 weeks now since I contacted payflex about this issue and there is still no progress on the matter.

Some please contact me urgently to get this issue resolved before I file a complaint with the regulator.
