Trashy

I have been happy using payflex for the past few years, whenever I had a problem, they would respond quickly and fix it now I am very doubtful, money was deducted when I was placing an order but it didn't go through on takealot and their side. Spoke to my bank, all they need is proof that they indeed, didn't receive payment but, I tried contacting them, they either don't answer or drop the call, sent emails, all I get is an automated reply, I wanted to order a washing machine today, but I couldn't because what if the same thing happens and they don't respond.
